How verification works
We use verification labels and data checks to help people understand how much information we have been able to confirm about a listing. Verification is about data confidence, not an endorsement of service quality.
Owner verified
An organisation owner or authorised manager has claimed the listing through the email address on file and can manage listing updates through the site.
Automated checks
We may run automated checks against public information such as website availability, phone and email presence, address details, Google listing signals, opening hours, and whether the organisation appears operational online.
Not owner verified
Some listings are published from public or third-party sources and may not yet be claimed by the organisation itself. Those listings can still be useful, but should be confirmed directly before use.
What we check
How often data is checked
We do not currently promise a fixed review schedule for every listing. Some listings may be checked more often than others.
When a listing has verification data, the recorded "last checked" date reflects the most recent verification run stored by our system. Listings may also be updated when we receive owner edits, public corrections, or refreshed source data.
