Today, Katlo operates as a registered implementing partner for the North West Department of Social Development's Social Behaviour Change (SBC) Programmes — the provincial government's vehicle for community-level behaviour change on GBV, HIV/AIDS, safe sex, and family wellbeing. Services include: a Victim Empowerment Programme (VEP) providing psychosocial support to GBV survivors; HIV Testing Services; GBV awareness campaigns (including community outreach events such as the Hebron Mall campaign, with one-on-one dialogue, pamphlets, and open community discussions on ending GBV); skills development and economic development initiatives for women; and psychosocial support services for families and youth. All services are free, government-funded.
